Cleveland Browns 2026 3-Round Mock Draft: Major reinforcements brought in to help build around QB Shedeur Sanders
Cleveland is building around Shedeur Sanders in this latest mock draft on Christmas Day.
The Cleveland Browns are 3-12 on the season and they have just a pair of games left to try to clear their win total from last season. Things have undoubtedly gone against the plan in 2025 for the Browns and what they hoped the season would be.
Cleveland has to make major changes in the offseason with the roster and potentially even the coaching staff. The Browns knocked the 2025 draft class out of the park, and they need to do so in 2026 to speed up this rebuild. In the latest three-round mock draft here at A to Z Sports, Travis May decided to have the Browns build around QB Shedeur Sanders with how the board fell.
Round 1, Pick 3: OT Spencer Fano, Utah
A big fan of this pick here with the top two quarterbacks off the board, the Browns add a starter at a premium position along the offensive line. Fano should be able to be a long-term solution at one of the offensive tackle spots for the Browns and that’s something they badly need. Cleveland’s offensive line is going under a massive overhaul this coming offseason and this would be part of it.
Round 1, Pick 27: WR KC Concepcion, Texas A&M
Cleveland needs more playmakers on offense and they add a real after-the-catch threat here. Concepcion can step into a starting spot for the Browns’ wide receiver room that badly needs to add talent. The Texas A&M product was the best wideout on the board with this pick.
Round 2, Pick 38: WR Chris Brazzell II, Tennessee
Another Tennessee wideout may scare Browns fans with how Cedric Tillman has gone. Brazell is a huge target who should win at the catch point in the NFL. Another wideout that can step in and play for the Browns on Day 1 here. Adding this much wide receiver talent is needed and it would show they’re building around Sanders at quarterback for the 2026 season. Now, would the Browns keep Jerry Jeudy around with this much invested in the draft at the position?
Round 3, Pick 69: IOL Parker Brailsford, Alabama
Adding another offensive lineman and potential Day 1 starter to the interior of the offensive line is a fine idea here. Brailsford is likely a center only at the NFL level and he’d be competing with Luke Wypler potentially for the starting job. Ethan Pocic is set to be a free agent and getting younger at center isn’t a bad idea.
