Cowboys: Dallas shouldn't be done adding impact talent to the offensive line
The Dallas Cowboys have an offensive line that they are very confident in when it's healthy. That's understandable. Zack Martin is the best offensive lineman in football. Tyron Smith is elite when he's on the field, and Tyler Smith showed impressive flashes in his rookie season. Tyler Biadasz has shown inconsistencies, but he's still young. […]

At left guard, Chuma Edoga is projected to be the starter right now.
Last season, Edoga recorded a Pro Football Focus blocking grade of 77.8.
This advanced stat of the week is powered by Boston Scientific!
That's quite solid.
That being said, the number is a tad misleading as the offensive lineman played just 55 snaps.
The sample size was very small, and the Cowboys cannot rely on him as their sole option at LG in a very important season for the future in Dallas.
Dallas needs to look at potential interior OL options in round two and three of this year's NFL Draft.
There are prospects with starting potential at guard that could one on the board at their selections, including Joe Tippmann, Cody Mauch, and Steve Avila. All three profile as players that the Cowboys will have on their radar.
They'd be smart to fish a bit in the interior offensive line free agency pool after the draft as well.
Keep an eye on it for Dallas in the coming weeks.
They can't rely on a career backup as their sole option at left guard. The depth isn't there right now, either.
