Top 30 visits season is heating up ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft with almost half of the Dallas Cowboys' being revealed.
These are scheduled visits by NFL Draft prospects to different NFL franchises, which are limited to 30 per team. The visits mean different things for different teams, but for the Dallas Cowboys, it's usually a clear indication of what positions they're targeting ahead of the Draft.
That's why we're putting together this tracker so make sure you keep a tab open or bookmark the page to stay in tune with the Cowboys' plans.
Some notes to keep in mind:
- The tracker is divided by the likely spots where the players could be targeted.
- Players with a "Local" label on them don't count toward the 30 limit. These are players who played for a school in the area or grew up there. This makes it more difficult to figure out if there's legit interest on the players or not, so they'll be added at the end of each section.
- Though they're often called "Top-30 visits," they're not necessarily used on "top" players. Teams will often host even undrafted free agency candidates, for example.
- NFL Scouting Combine formal meetings do not count as Top-30 visits.
First round Cowboys targets
WR Emeka Egbuka, Ohio State
The Cowboys are in need of a WR2 to complement CeeDee Lamb and Egbuka's well-rounded game and physicality as a run blocker make him the safest bet, though upside might be limited. Egbuka could be a prime candidate for Dallas should the front office trade down from No. 12.
WR Tetairoa McMillan, Arizona
For many draft analysts, McMillan is the best wide receiver prospect outside of Travis Hunter. A big-bodied target with speed could be exactly what Dallas needs to free up Lamb in coverage. He dominates contested catch situations, the question is if he can win other ways?
WR Luther Burden, Missouri
Burden's stock has been declining in the weeks leading up to the Drat but if the Cowboys are focusing on adding a slot receiver, he might just be the best choice. He's a weapon with the ball in his hands and could make a Day 1 impact.
OT Kelvin Banks, Texas
If drafted, Banks could immediately provide competition at guard and tackle. Though there are question marks regarding his ideal spot, he has power and could be what the Cowboys want to inject to their run game.
DT Walter Nolen, Ole Miss
Though character concerns are a constant talking point for Nolen, he's one of the most powerful defensive linemen in the NFL Draft. He appears to be a prime candidate should he fall to the second round or should Dallas trade down.
DL Shemar Stewart, Texas A&M
The Cowboys are largely expected to address offensive needs in the first round but Stewart is one of the players that could tempt them to go defense:
A freak athlete with impressive size, Stewart is going to be about betting on traits.
– A to Z Sports NFL Draft analyst Ryan Roberts
EDGE James Pearce Jr., Tennessee
There are a lot of character concerns around Pearce, but the talent is undeniable. If his head is screwed on straight, Pearce has a chance to be one of the very best pass rushers in the NFL. His combination of length, explosiveness, and bend is special.
– A to Z Sports NFL Draft analyst Ryan Roberts
OT Armand Membou, Missouri
The Cowboys are no strangers to picking offensive linemen in the first round of the NFL Draft and Membou could provide powerful competition at both guard and tackle.
WR Matthew Golden, Texas
Golden ran the fastest 40-yard dash of any wide receiver in this year's Combine but he provides more than pure speed. He's a good route runner that's explosive out of his cuts and could be a difference maker early on.
RB Ashton Jeanty, Boise State (Local)
"The three down impact is what sets Jeanty apart," said A to Z Sports' Ryan Roberts about Jeanty last month. "Some have attempted to downplay him because of athleticism, but they also undervalue his vision, physicality, and contact balance as a runner. Then you add in Jeanty's soft hands as a pass catcher and pass blocking prowess, and that makes him very worth it. This is an every down back who could become one of the very best running backs in the NFL in the very near future."
Day 2 Cowboys targets
DL Alfred Collins, Texas
Though the Cowboys made key signings across the defensive line in free agency, one thing they didn't add is a run-stuffing defensive tackle. That's exactly what Collins could be at 332 pounds.
CB Shavon Revel Jr., East Carolina
Revel Jr. has "Cowboys second-round target" written all over him. Had he not suffered a season-ending ACL injury last October, he would be a first-round prospect. He received surgery by Dr. Dan Cooper, who has worked with the Cowboys for years.
RB TreVeyon Henderson, Ohio State
Henderson is mostly known for his explosive rushes but he's a complete package: He's also a productive receiver and is as good as it gets in pass protection despite his compact size.
WR Jack Bech, TCU (Local)
If the Cowboys pass on wide receiver in the first, Bech will be near the top of the list in the second round. A former tight end turned slot receiver turned outside receiver, he has upside to be a starting receiver in the league.
TE Elijah Arroyo, Miami (Local)
After Arroyo’s breakout showing at the 2025 Reese’s Senior Bowl, everyone is beginning to jump on the bandwagon. And honestly, it’s very understandable. At right around 6-4 and 251 pounds, Arroyo is a very gifted athlete. He gets in and out of breaks like a much smaller player. You also see those qualities when Arroyo works after the catch.
– A to Z Sports' NFL Draft analyst Ryan Roberts.
OL Cameron Williams, Texas (Local)
The Cowboys are no strangers to betting on offensive linemen with traits and Williams provides that at 6-foot-5 with 34.5-inch arms. He could be a solid third-round target.
WR Saivion Williams, TCU (Local)
There may not be a more fascinating player in the 2025 class than Williams. He looks like a big-bodied boundary receiver but he moves like a space dynamo. There are even some teams that have Williams graded as a running back despite being nearly 6-4 and 230 pounds. What a unique athlete.
– A to Z Sports' NFL Draft analyst Ryan Roberts.
QB Quinn Ewers, Texas (Local)
With the Cowboys' trade for Joe Milton, Ewers is looking like a longshot going into the Draft.
Day 3 Cowboys targets
RB Damien Martinez, Miami (Local)
- Report: Ryan Fowler, The Draft Network
Of course, Martinez is a load with the ball in his hands at 6'1", 230 pounds. His combination of size, speed, and agility already had the attention of scouts and executives going into (Senior Bowl week," wrote A to Z Sports' Craig Smith in early February.
RB Ollie Gordon, Oklahoma State (Local)
Gordon is a talented player who was the majority of the offense for the Cowboys over the last two seasons. This past year, things took a turn, as the Cowboys didn't win a single Big 12 game. With a non-existent passing game in Stillwater, Gordon's production dipped in a major way.
When he's on, it was nearly impossible to stop Gordon, including in the passing game, where he was used regularly in the screen game. In the NFL, Gordon will need to play in the right scheme to be maximized, as a zone scheme won't be efficient for his skillset.
– A to Z Sports' NFL Draft analyst Tyler Forness
