Denver Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick suffered a torn ACL in August.

Unfortunately, that took him out for this entire season. Patrick is an underrated talent and a fan favorite. It was a big blow right at the start of the season for the Broncos.

Luckily, it sounds like his recovery is going very well.

Patrick says the he is ahead of schedule so far.

This is great news for the Broncos and their fans.

Denver hadn't given many updates on how Patrick was recovering. An update was needed, so he provided it.

Patrick provides a different skillset than any other receiver on the Broncos.

He has great hands but can also make a play on a ball downfield. Additionally, he is an important blocker on the outside in the running game.

Patrick is an all-around receiver that the Broncos miss this season.

Jerry Jeudy and Courtland Sutton have shown flashes of elite play, but the consistency has not been there between them and QB Russell Wilson.

Hopefully, Patrick can safely get on the field sooner than later once again for the Broncos.
