The Denver Broncos have an important decision to make coming up this offseason, and that starts on Monday, one day after their game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Well, this season hasn't gone the right way, to say the least. They hired Nathaniel Hackett this past offseason, and obviously, that didn't work, as he was fired a few weeks ago after the loss to the Rams.

But, the new head coach, or interim head coach, I should say, is not worried about any of that. He is solely focused on Sunday, which will be a tough game against the Chargers.

"I'm really concerned about Sunday really frankly," Rosburg said. "I haven't even looked on Monday. We'll deal with Monday when Monday comes"

Monday will be the start of the offseason for the Broncos. That is where they will start their search for their new head coach, and the staff to go alongside him.

Not only that, but the Broncos have some scouting to do for the draft. They may not have a first-round pick, but they still have some picks that need to be made.

But before that, the mission is the Chargers. They could possibly sit some of their starters on Sunday because they already have their playoff spot locked in, which would help the Broncos and their chances at a win.

With a win and an impressive one at that, Rosburg could show that he deserves a job with the Broncos past Monday. But, as he said, he isn't worried about that.
