The Denver Broncos have been on the search for a defensive coordinator over the past couple of weeks.
Since Sean Payton was hired, it has been the biggest question mark surrounding him and Denver. They've made their choice, according to reports.
The Broncos are hiring one of their former head coaches, Vance Joseph, as their new defensive coordinator.
Joseph was the HC in Denver in 2017 and 2018. He was fired by John Elway following a 6-10 season.
Since then, Joseph has been the defensive coordinator for the Arizona Cardinals.
Joseph becomes just the second Broncos head coach to get fired and return to the team as a coordinator later on. The other was Wade Phillips.
Payton and the Broncos conducted plenty of interviews but settled on a coordinator with plenty of NFL experience in Joseph.
