The Denver Broncos have been absolutely decimated by injuries, and the season hasn't even begun.

A few season-ending injuries to Tim Patrick and Jonas Griffith with additional injuries to Riley Moss and Mike McGlinchey, among others, have put this team at a disadvantage through their first two preseason games.

Specifically, with McGlinchey's absence, the team has struggled mightily. The offensive line just hasn't been able to protect Russell Wilson, but that is going to change as the team announced their big-money OL is back in action.

Mike Klis from 9News just gave Wilson and the entire fanbase a big reason to celebrate, McGlinchey is back. Originally, Payton had discussed that McGlinchey could miss a few weeks, potentially putting his week one status in question, but that is no more.

With one preseason game remaining, we're hoping that McGlinchey gets to see some playing time as long as he's rehabbing correctly and the medical staff thinks he's ready to go.

Getting Wilson some more much-needed protection up front will do wonders in both the passing and rush game, providing Wilson time to dissect the defense and get some of his receivers some better looks on offense.

For a team ravaged by injuries, we're going to take all the positive news we can get. Broncos fans have been through the wringer, and the regular season hasn't even begun yet. An exciting update for a fanbase craving for some good news.
