The Denver Broncos signed a guy that many think is one of the better under-the-radar players in the league.

Sure, most Broncos fans know who this guy is, but a lot of casual fans, or even fans of other teams, may not know him, yet, he is one of the better guys in the league at his position. He certainly isn't a bad player; he just hasn't really gotten the praise he deserves.

Mike McGlinchey, the Broncos' newest member, and new offensive tackle, is set to take the league by storm and get his name out there a bit more. He was previously on the San Francisco 49ers and is coming over to help rebuild an offensive line that was the worst last season.

21. Mike McGlinchey (OT), Broncos: McGlinchey got a five-year, $87.5-million contract to protect former division rival Russell Wilson, and that's a big investment in a player that's had some ups and downs. McGlinchey was beaten on a career-worst 5.3% of snaps last season, and he allowed six sacks, tying the most of his career. He is, however, a very good run blocker, and Sean Payton's arrival in Denver should clean things up offensively. – Zachary Pereles, CBS Sports

The Denver Broncos allowed the most sacks in the league last season with 61. They allowed Russell Wilson to be sacked 55 times, the most a starting quarterback in orange and blue has ever been sacked in a season. It's pretty obvious that this offensive line needed help and that it was one of the biggest priorities.

McGlinchey was a great signing and is easily one of the more underappreciated and under-the-radar guys in the league, and here is why:

He was not only on an amazing offensive line in San Francisco that could run and pass, but he was across from his former teammates and the best offensive linemen in that league, Trent Williams. When you play with him, the attention isn't going to be on you; it's going to be on Williams.

Luckily for him, Denver will show him a ton of love and appreciation. Hopefully, he isn't viewed as an under-the-radar guy after 2023.
