The Denver Broncos have a guy on their team that is set up to enter an elite realm in the football world.

The Broncos could be a better team, and they were worse in 2022; however, they have some really good players on their roster. Despite Russell Wilson having a horrid season last year, the veteran quarterback is lined up to be in the Hall of Fame, so one NFL analyst thinks.

Barry Wilner and The 33rd Team think Wilson is a "likely Hall of Famer" after his career is done, which is a fair statement. Here is what they had to say about what he has done so far, including last season:

Russell Wilson, QB, Denver Broncos Barry Wilner wonders if Russell Wilson needs to erase vivid memories of his first season in Denver to ever get to Canton. "Wilson's numbers in Seattle were Hall of Fame worthy," Wilner said. "Then, 2022 was such an utter flop. Let's see what he can do with Sean Payton in charge. If it isn't much, then maybe it was Pete Carroll and the Seahawks' offensive schemes behind Wilson's earlier success." – The 33rd Team

In order for Wilson to be in the Hall of Fame, he needs to do more with the Broncos. If he takes them to the playoffs or even does more than that a few times with the Broncos, he solidifies it. That would mean Wilson had a few more great seasons in him.

The Broncos could use that from Wilson, too, because last year, he was a huge reason they struggled. Sure, the coaching and offensive line wasn't good, but he certainly didn't help them out either. If he has even a slightly better season or a season that is just considered average and not bad, the Broncos are better.

Even if he doesn't do anything crazy, if he is just, good, then I think it will be enough to be a Hall of Famer.

There has been plenty of dismay surrounding Denver Broncos' quarterback Russell Wilson this season. He hasn't lived up to expectations on the field. The struggles have caused frustration throughout the fan base and the media. Accordingly, some are doubting the leadership of Wilson. There is no way to know what type of leader Wilson is […]
