At right guard, they have really no depth, and Quinn Meinerz is injury prone, so I think most assumed they would grab someone. But, they didn't
So, without further ado, let's check out the Broncos' post-draft roster. Note: Single asterisks (*) represent 2023 draft picks and double asterisks (**) represent undrafted free agents.
Quarterback (3)
- Jarrett Guarantano
- Jarrett Stidham
- Russell Wilson
The skinny: The quarterback position is pretty much set in stone. Russell Wilson will be the starter to start the season, barring anything crazy happening like an injury, trade, or off-field issue. Stidham could get his shot though if things continue to be bad like they were last season. Guarantano will be on the practice squad.
Running back (5)
- Tyler Badie
- Damarea Crockett
- Tyreik McAllister
- Samaje Perine
- Emanuel Wilson **
The skinny: The Broncos didn't add a running back through the draft like most thought they would, but they did pick up a undrafted free agent running back. Williams will be the starter when he is fully healthy, until then, I fully anticipate it being Perine and Crockett.
Wide receiver (12)
- Dallas Daniels **
- Taylor Grimes **
- KJ Hamler
- Kendall Hinton
- Lil'Jordan Humphrey
- Jerry Jeudy
- Brandon Johnson
- Marvin Mims Jr. *
- Tim Patrick
- Courtland Sutton
- Jalen Virgil
- Montrell Washington
The skinny: The Broncos took a receiver with their first pick in the draft, which is, weird, right? That is a position group that doesn't really need any additions, but they took a guy who they reported didn't have much communication with. This is a situation to watch for when it comes to possible trade pieces.
Tight end (5)
- Nate Adkins **
- Greg Dulcich
- Kris Leach **
- Chris Manhertz
- Albert Okwuegbunam
The skinny: The Broncos didn't take a tight end in the draft like most thought they would, and I have been preaching why since before the draft – they have a great tight end in Greg Dulcich. This just shows me they know that too.
Offensive line (15)
- Quinn Bailey
- Garrett Bowles
- Lloyd Cushenberry
- Christian DiLauro
- Parker Ferguson
- Alex Forsyth *
- Mike McGlinchey
- Quinn Meinerz
- Alex Palczewski **
- Ben Powers
- Isaiah Prince
- Will Sherman
- Hunter Thedford
- Casey Tucker
- Luke Wattenberg
The skinny: The Broncos need depth at right guard because frankly, they have none, and we all know that Quinn Meinerz is injury probe. Yet, they didn't take a single guard in the draft, and only took one offensive lineman, a center.

Defensive line (8)
- Zach Allen
- Elijah Garcia
- Jonathan Harris
- Matt Henningsen
- Jordan Jackson
- D.J. Jones
- Mike Purcell
- Eyioma Uwazurike
The skinny: The Broncos didn't tough the defensive line when it came to the draft. They must feel that this group is solid. For the most part, it is, so it will be interesting to watch in training camp.
Outside linebackers (8)
- Christopher Allen
- Nik Bonitto
- Baron Browning
- Jonathan Cooper
- Randy Gregory
- Thomas Incoom **
- Jake Martin
- Aaron Patrick
The skinny: The Broncos didn't grab any EDGE or outside linebackers and they didn't need to. They did last year in Nik Bonitto and he showed flashes that he could be very good.
Inside linebacker (7)
- Seth Benson **
- Jonas Griffith
- Josey Jewell
- Drew Sanders *
- Alex Singleton
- Justin Strnad
- Ray Wilborn
The skinny: Getting Drew Sanders was huge. He was the best linebacker in the draft, yet they got him in round three, which is insane to think about. Sanders will be a great piece on the defense, and my sleeper pick for Defensive Rookie of the Year.
Cornerback (10)
- Essang Bassey
- Art Green **
- Faion Hicks
- Delonte Hood
- Damarri Mathis
- Ja'Quan McMillan
- Riley Moss *
- Tremon Smith
- Patrick Surtain
- K'Waun Williams
The skinny: They needed some depth and starter pieces to match next to their prized possession – Patrick Surtain. They drafted Riley Moss and hope that he can be a guy to be a part of an elite duo with his speed.

Safety (7)
- Devon Key
- P.J. Locke
- Devon Matthews **
- Justin Simmons
- JL Skinner *
- Caden Sterns
- Delarrin Turner-Yell
The skinny: The JL Skinner draft could be a sneaky good one. Kareem Jackson may not come back and Skinner could be better than both Caden Sterns and P.J. Locke.
Special teams (3)
- Brandon McManus (K)
- Riley Dixon (P)
- James Winchester (LS)
The skinny: This unit wasn't great last year, but it didn't need any attention in the draft. Let's hope they do what they are supposed to.
