The Denver Broncos have to stay consistent. They have now started to get things back on track, as they beat the Jacksonville Jaguars in London right before their bye week.
Now, consistency is key for the Broncos. They have to put together more than one good performance in a row. That can start on Sunday in Week 10 against the Tennessee Titans, who just lost to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football.
The defense will be fine without Chubb, so don't worry about that. They have been amazing all year in all areas of the defense, especially the depth behind Chubb.
It's the offense that needs to step it up and stay consistent.
Luckily for them, they should have extra motivation after what one player said about the Titans.
The Titans are coming off of a tough loss to the Chiefs, in a game that saw them lead the majority of until the Chiefs forced overtime. Of course, everyone knows if the Chiefs get the ball in overtime it is practically over.
After the loss, the Titans were upset, so they will surely be playing with some motivation on Sunday against the Broncos. However, Denver should too after what one Titans player said.
"We're a confident group," Titans safety Kevin Byard said on the defense. "We feel like we can compete with anybody. We can stop anybody."
Now, before anyone says anything, this quote was not directed at the Broncos in any way. He was more so giving the defense credit. However, that doesn't mean the offense of the Broncos shouldn't take offense to this.
When Byard says 'anybody,' the Broncos fall into that category. They should use this as motivation on Sunday to get their offense right and to let people know they aren't a free win or a pushover.
This Sunday is huge, and the time starts now.
