The Denver Broncos are making an addition to their defense during training camp. Veteran cornerback Fabian Moreau is joining the squad in Denver to contend for a role in the secondary.

Moreau spent last season with the New York Giants. He made eleven starts for their defense, totaling ten pass deflections and 66 tackles. He has six interceptions in six NFL seasons.

The Miami Dolphins hosted Moreau on a visit last week, so the Broncos jumped at the opportunity to sign him. They wasted no time. That'll prevent the fellow AFC team from picking up the CB following the Jalen Ramsey injury.

The Broncos may be trying to simply add depth at CB. On the other hand, rookie cornerback Riley Moss has missed some time during training camp so far. His absence yesterday was due to illness, though.

Keep an on Moreau was someone that will add experienced competition to the CB depth chart in Denver.
