There's no secret that the Denver Broncos' defense is an extremely talented unit.

From top to bottom, they have some of the best players at their position in the entire NFL. The secondary is especially entertaining in Denver.

Justin Simmons is arguably the best overall safety in the league.

Patrick Surtain II is one of the best cornerbacks in the game, and he just might be tops already right now.

Accordingly, Simmons had some praise for Surtain II after the young star CB was named a starter for the Pro Bowl.

Simmons is an alternate, but many would argue that he deserved the starting nod as well.

His comments for Surtain II are gleaming.

He believes in the youthful defender and knows how special his future can be. Surtain II has had no shortage of compliments this season.

The national media is beginning to give him his flowers as the best cornerback in the NFL right now. Sauce Gardner, Darius Slay, and others have also been at the top of the game. Surtain II clears them all right now, though, and his elite teammate knows that.

The praise from Simmons should definitely excited Broncos' fans for what is to come for the defense in Denver.
