The Denver Broncos just released a player they picked up after one of their division rivals let them go. In 2023, the Kansas City Chiefs drafted defensive tackle Keondre Coburn with the 194th pick.

They had to release him earlier this season when Charles Omenihu returned from suspension. When they did, the Broncos snagged him.

On Tuesday, the Broncos waived the former sixth-round pick. Coburn could be back on his way to the Chiefs now.

Coburn was a guy the Broncos thought maybe they could develop at a position where they needed the most help. But it seems like maybe he wasn't even good enough for the Broncos roster.
