The Denver Broncos are going to be getting some reinforcements back that they desperately need vs. the New Orleans Saints, some of these players have missed their last few games against the Las Vegas Raiders and the Los Angeles Chargers.

The Broncos have a great chance, with these reinforcements in Baron Browning, Mike McGlinchey, and Damarri Mathis, to get a win over the New Orleans Saints. But, before the game tipped off, some news dropped about one of their now former players.

On Thursday, just hours before the game, the Broncos waived rookie running back Blake Watson.

While that may upset some fans because his potential is great for a guy who had the draft situation he did, there is some great news regarding the situation.

Broncos insider Mike Klis of Denver 9 News, thinks the team really wants to get Watson back on the practice squad if he passes waivers, and, he really could make it back. However, there is a chance a team snags him up first.

This year in the NFL, it feels like injuries are at an all-time high, and there could be a team higher on the waiver wire that needs a running back. So, now, it's just about waiting.
