The Denver Broncos got off to a rough start to begin the season. A couple of soul-crushing defeats have the team sitting at 0-2, luckily they have a little bit of history on their side that could help them overcome the rocky start.

The NFL schedule did the team no favors as they take on the red-hot Miami Dolphins as they look to get back to their winning ways. All eyes are going to be on Russell Wilson to see if he has some upset magic inside of him.

Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming contest.

Denver Broncos (0-2) vs Miami Dolphins (2-0)

Date: Sunday, September 24th
Time: 1pm ET
Location: Hard Rock Stadium – Miami Gardens, FL
How to watch on TV: CBS
Streaming: fuboTV, NFL+ (Subscription Needed)

Can the Denver Broncos hold it together?

In Week 1, it was the loss of TE Greg Dulcich that slowed down the defense, allowing the Las Vegas Raiders to squeak by a victory. In Week 2, the team just collapsed in the second half, allowing the Washington Commanders to secure the thrilling comeback victory.

Can Sean Payton and company bring the heat to force Tua Tagovailo to look at his second and third reads, giving the defense a huge boost? Will Russell Wilson continue his impressive campaign, or crumble under the pressure? While it's only Week 3, the team needs a victory.

3 Players to Watch

  • Marvin Mims Jr, WRMims has been on the rise in some rookie stock watch rankings. The 2nd round pick had an incredible outing against the Commanders, showcasing his ability to take the top off the defense. Was Week 2 a fluke, or can Mims Jr. put on another show?
  • Kareem Jackson, S – Jackson was front and center and was thought to maybe be receiving a suspension for his brutal hit on TE Logan Thomas. With Simmons being ruled out for the game, Jackson will need to step up big time.
  • Zach Allen, DE – The Broncos' pass rush just hasn't been able to get home. With Frank Clark already ruled out for the upcoming contest, players like Allen will need to rise to the occasion and find a way to bring down the opposing QB.
