Bleacher Report feels like there's a trade the Denver Broncos need to make before the start of the 2022 season.
Alex Kay, an NFL writer for Bleacher Report, suggested on Monday that Denver should try to make a deal for Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jalen Reagor, a former first-round draft selection.
Kay noted that several teams have reached out to the Eagles with interest in Reagor.
The Denver Broncos should be one of the interested parties after losing Tim Patrick for the season during training camp. Patrick’s ACL tear left a sizable void in the receiving corps, one that the Broncos have yet to bring in any notable replacements to fill.
If Philadelphia’s asking price is low—a fifth-round pick at most—the Broncos could justify the risk of taking on this project.
Reagor would get a shot at living up to his billing while running routes for a perennial Pro Bowler in Russell Wilson. If Denver’s rejuvenated offense can’t get the young receiver playing at a decent level, it’d be safe to call Reagor a surefire bust.

There's no doubt the Broncos could use some more wide receiver depth — especially after losing Tim Patrick to a torn ACL.
If they can get Reagor for a late-round pick, I think this could be a savvy move.
Reagor obviously has talent or he wouldn't have been a first-round pick. But for whatever reason, he just hasn't been able to live up to his potential in Philly.
In 27 career games, Reagor has 62 receptions for 676 yards and three touchdowns.
Not what you expect from a first-round pick.
Perhaps, though, Reagor just needs a change of scenery. We've seen it work wonders for players before. If the Broncos give up a late-round pick and Reagor turns out to be a dependable wide receiver, then it's a steal. If he never plays a down, then the Broncos are only out a late-round pick. No big loss (if an NFL general manager is reading this, I'm sure he's blasting me for my lack of value for late-round picks).
This wouldn't be a blockbuster, but it's a move that could make a lot of sense for the Broncos.
