The Denver Broncos could be one of the more active teams ahead of the NFL's Oct. 31 trade deadline.
According to reports from both ESPN and NFL Network, the Broncos have received multiple inquiries regarding players on their 53-man rosters after sending OLB Randy Gregory to the San Francisco 49ers earlier this week. Nothing is considered imminent, but Denver's GM George Paton appears to be open to listening to offers
ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Media's Ian Rapoport both report that it could all come down to how Denver fares over the next few weeks.
The Broncos (1-3) appear to be future-focused right now, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Schefter reports, "Many sources around the league believe the Broncos would be willing to listen to trade interest in almost any player on the defensive side."
As for specific players that teams have inquired about, they're getting interest on both sides of the ball. Schefter mentioned WRs Jerry Jeudy and Courtland Sutton, while Rapoport mentioned OLB Frank Clark.
Don't rule out an in-division trade with the Las Vegas Raiders, who are looking for pass-rush help after releasing Chandler Jones. Clark could be a player they're keeping an eye on.
