I love this fan base. Seriously, I don't think you'll find a more dedicated and loyal fan base than the fans base of the Detroit Lions. After Saturday night's debacle in which the Lions lost 20-19 to the Cowboys after official Brad Allen made a simple human error that the NFL is hellbent on not admitting to, Lions fans put up these billboards in the Detroit area.
You have to love it. Attached to that tweet of course the video the NFL put out on Tuesday that saw them inadvertently prove themselves wrong while they were totally sure they were proving themselves right.
In my 10 years of covering the Lions, I have never seen the league be this dumb about something instead of just simply admitting fault and moving on. The NFL is only making things worse for themselves.
Anyways, I love that Lions fans are doing stuff like this and I hope to drive past one of these billboards at some point.
