It's Saturday. That means it's time to for the Sunday teams to make a few roster moves ahead of their games. The Lions did some shuffling around this week. Here's what they got done. 

Added Jerry Jacobs to injury report

This one came out of nowhere. Jacobs was not on the injury report all week and then suddenly he is with a knee injury and he's questionable to play Sunday. We'll be monitoring this situation closely. The fact that the Lions didn't elevate a corner is a good sign.

Declared Marvin Jones Out

Jones has been ruled out on Sunday for personal reasons. He did not travel with the team. Nothing is known outside of that. We hope everything is all good with Jones and his family. 

Activated Josh Paschal from injured reserve

The Lions started Paschal's 21 day clock last week and after a full week of practice, they're activating him and putting him on their 53 man roster. Whether or not he plays on Sunday is something that we still need to figure out. He did have a questionable designation placed on him. That could point to his return. 

If he does play, look for the Lions to take a slow with him as they have with most players coming off IR. 

Elevated Mohamed Ibrahim and Devine Ozigbo to active/inactive list 

The Lions are going into this game with just two running backs on their roster. Ibrahim  and Ozigbo will give them a third and fourth man. It's important to note that these elevations are not to the Lions 53 man roster. They are elevated for just Sunday's game. 

Released Darrell Daniels

I was wrong on Daniels twice. I thought he might made the team during camp and then I thought he could be the Lions new fullback. He was on the roster for a couple weeks and did nothing unfortunately. He is now released.

Jerry Jacobs surprisingly added to injury report, Marvin Jones is out
