This comes as absolutely no shock to anyone. The NFL is fining Detroit Lions' receiver Jameson Williams for his Marshawn Lynch inspired touchdown celebration from Sunday's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The NFL is hitting Williams with a $19,697 fine. This is Williams second fine of the season. He was fined $14,069 for an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty against the Seahawks in Week 4.

The interesting part of this is that Williams actually got fined more than Marshawn Lynch did when he first did this celebration after a 79-yard touchdown against the Cardinals in December of 2024. Lynch got a $11,050 fine. It really shows how much more the NFL is charging on these fines lately.
