The Buffalo Bills will head west this weekend for a pivotal matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs that will have major playoff implications for both franchises.

Kansas City has fallen behind the Miami Dolphins for the No. 1 overall seed in the AFC while the Bills are currently a game out of a playoff spot.

It goes without saying that this is a massive game for both teams — especially the Bills, who can't afford many more losses this season if they're going to make some noise in the postseason.

Buffalo is catching Kansas City at a good time. The Bills have looked better offensively the last two weeks under offensive coordinator Joe Brady while the Chiefs continue to be hot-and-cold offensively. Kansas City has scored more than 30 points just three times this season and only once since October 22.

Of course, even when the Chiefs are somewhat "down", it's still never easy to win at Arrowhead.

ESPN NFL insider Dan Graziano, however, likes the Bills' chances this weekend. In fact, Graziano picked Buffalo to beat Kansas City as his top upset pick of the week.

From ESPN: The teams in front of Buffalo in the AFC playoff race are all skidding for one reason or another, and it's time for the 6-6 Bills to hit the gas. They are coming off a bye week and facing a Chiefs team that just can't seem to get things together on offense. They went into Kansas City in the regular season last season and came away with a win, so they know they can do it. I think the Chiefs are in a zone right now where they're looking for answers, and now they have to face a Buffalo team that, frankly, given the standings, needs this game a lot more than they do.

The Bills beat the Chiefs 24-20 in Arrowhead Stadium last season, so they know what it takes to win in Kansas City.

Buffalo and KC will kick off at 3:25 PM CT/4:25 PM ET on Sunday afternoon.
