The Atlanta Falcons made four roster moves ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Carolina Panthers.

The team signed running back Godwin Igwebuike to the active roster and waived defensive lineman Joe Gaziano to make room.

With Cordarrelle Patterson listed as "questionable" with an ankle injury on the final injury report, Igwebuike provides depth in a backfield that will be led by rookie Bijan Robinson.

Igwebuike has seen action in 28 games since entering the league in 2018, with stops at the Seahawks, Lions, 49ers, and Buccaneers. During Atlanta's preseason, he logged 31 carries for 135 yards and a score.

The Falcons also elevated defensive back Natrone Brooks along with tight end Parker Hesse from the practice squad.

Players can only be elevated to a team's active roster three times in a season, which means Brooks and Hesse have two practice squad elevations left in Atlanta.
