It is no secret that there is a bit of unknown when it comes to the future of Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay.
He may or may not be on the Packers next season, but we won't get any updates on that for a couple of weeks. Rodgers is headed on a bit of a "darkness journey" where he won't really communicate with the outside world for a bit.
It is another intriguing, unique experience for one of the most interesting personalities in the NFL.
Before he left, he appeared on the Pat McAfee Showas he does weekly now. This appearance ended a bit differently, though.
Rodgers closed with a bit of a message for the Packers and their fans. It may have been a bit of foreshadowing by the future hall of fame QB.
"Eighteen years, man. That's always gonna be home."
It could be nothing, but it could also be something.
That statement may point to the idea that Rodgers may have a new home here in 2023 and beyond.
Retirement is on the table as well, but it is hard to imagine that being his choice after his play prior to this season. He just won multiple MVPs and is still a high-level quarterback at the mental level of the game as well.
Regardless, one thing is clear. Rodgers doesn't mind getting in the heads of Packers fans everywhere.
