The Green Bay Packers dominated the Detroit Lions on Sunday, while the Washington Commanders beat the New York Giants. Now, both NFC contenders have a short turnaround and play on Thursday Night Football to open Week 2.

The game will be broadcasted by Amazon Prime Video via streaming, with veterans Al Michaels and Kirk Herbstreit in the booth calling the game, with Kaylee Hartung on the sidelines reporting. The kickoff is at 7:15 p.m. CT.

More TV options

Based on NFL rules, the game will also be available on over-the-air TV in the local markets. It will air on WGBA-TV (Channel 26, NBC affiliate) in Green Bay, and on WITI-TV (Channel 6, Fox affiliate) in Milwaukee.

This week, if you live outside of the Green Bay/Milwaukee area, you don’t need to worry about broadcast maps. The Amazon Prime subscription costs $14.99 per month. TNF can be streamed on Twitch or with an NFL+ subscription ($6.99/month).

For fans outside of the United States, the game will be available with an NFL Gamepass subscription on DAZN.

Broadcasting notes

> This is the only Thursday Night Football for the Packers in 2025, and therefore the only Green Bay game on Amazon Prime Video.

> Throughout the rest of the season, the Packers will have eight more games on Fox, two on CBS, two Sunday Night Football games on NBC, and a Monday Night Football game on ESPN and ABC.

> The final two games, against the Baltimore Ravens and Minnesota Vikings, have the broadcasting companies yet to be determined.

Radio information

Every Packers game is called on the Packers Radio Network. Wayne Larrivee (play-by-play) and two-time Packers Pro Bowler Larry McCarren (analyst) call the action. The list of affiliates can be found on the Packers official website.
