Packers face an intriguing slate of opponents in their 2026 schedule, as it has now been fully determined
Green Bay will play a second-place schedule next season.
The Green Bay Packers finished the regular season in second place in the NFC North. With the last games played throughout Week 18, the Packers already know all the teams they will face in the 2026 season.
The NFL schedule is always based on its divisions, and next year the Packers play the other NFC North teams twice, as well as the entire NFC South and AFC East. Green Bay also plays the second-place teams in the NFC West and East, and the 17th game is against the second-place team in the AFC South.
Because of the yearly rotation, the Packers will have nine games at Lambeau Field next season, versus eight road matchups — they had nine road games in 2025, and without international games, that was actually nine games in the opposing team’s stadium.
Packers’ 2026 slate of games:
Away games
- Chicago Bears
- Detroit Lions
- Minnesota Vikings
- New Orleans Saints
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- New England Patriots
- New York Jets
- Los Angeles Rams
Home games
- Chicago Bears
- Detroit Lions
- Minnesota Vikings
- Atlanta Falcons
- Carolina Panthers
- Buffalo Bills
- Miami Dolphins
- Dallas Cowboys
- Houston Texans
But before the 2026 season, the Packers still have something to do in the 2025 postseason. Despite finishing 2025 with a four-game losing streak, Green Bay goes into the playoffs with the seventh seed in the NFC to face the Bears in Chicago.
The Packers have not won the NFC North division since 2021, but they still managed to make the playoffs in each of the past three years as a wild-card team. At least, it helps the schedule in the following season a little bit.
The 2026 season will be the fourth season as a starter for quarterback Jordan Love and Micah Parsons’ second season in Green Bay. The order of the games will be announced in May, so there will be plenty of time to discuss what that will look like.
