This might not come as a surprise, but there's some dissension in the Green Bay Packers' locker room after the team's 27-22 loss to the New York Giants in London on Sunday.
And it involves star quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
After the game, Packers defensive back Jaire Alexander told a reporter that he wouldn't be worried about the defense unless Green Bay loses next week (at home against the New York Jets).
The reporter, The Athletic's Matt Schneidman, shared Alexander's thoughts with Rodgers.
And Rodgers didn't care for the fact that Alexander isn't "manifesting" a win against the Jets next week.
I think Rodgers is correct here.
Mindsets can change outcomes. If Alexander and the defense go out against the Jets feeling like a loss is possible, then a loss will become probable.
The only way to win in the NFL is to play with confidence. And Alexander's comments certainly don't sound confident.
It'll be interesting to see (if we are fortunate enough to find out) how Rodgers addresses the "vibe" in the locker room over the next week.
I have a feeling that Rodgers' weekly appearance on The Pat McAfee Show this week is going to be must-see television (internet stream doesn't have quite the same ring to it).
