One of the biggest stories in the NFL world this week involves former Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams.

Adams, who was traded to the Las Vegas Raiders during the offseason, shoved a photographer as he was walking off the field after losing to the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football.

Adams was charged with a city ordinance violation for the shove.

On Wednesday, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was asked about the situation.

Rodgers said he was surprised while noting that he reached out to Adams after the game.

The future Hall of Fame quarterback then indicated that he was most surprised that Adams was charged, which would indicate that he's taking Adams' side in this whole ordeal.

Adams is likely facing a fine and/or suspension from the NFL for his actions. The Raiders are on a bye this week, which means the NFL has plenty of time to sort out the details and decide on a punishment.
