The Green Bay Packers announced on Saturday one elevation from practice squad for gameday in Week 7, when the team faces the Houston Texans at Lambeau Field.

Fullback Andrew Beck has been elevated for the third consecutive time this season. Combining offense and special teams, he played 20 total snaps against the Los Angeles Rams and Arizona Cardinals. In Matt LaFleur's offensive system, fullback and tight end are pretty much interchangeable, so without Luke Musgrave on injured reserve, Beck may have more chances.

It's the limit of elevations for Beck. If the Packers want him to play another game this season, they will have to promote him to the 53-man roster.

Practice squad elevations this season:

  • QB Sean Clifford (2)
  • CB Robert Rochell (2)
  • FB Andrew Beck (3)
  • CB Kamal Hadden (1)
