No members of the Houston Texans will have been thinking about their wallets during warmups for their Divisional Round matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs, but a trio of players took a blow to their pockets ahead of the biggest game of the year.

Azeez Al-Shaair, Nico Collins and Joe Mixon were all fined for fouls during last week's dominant Wild Card Round win over the Los Angeles Chargers.

Linebacker Al-Shaair, infamously suspended for three games for a late hit on Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence earlier in the season, was fined $20,555 for use of the helmet in the first quarter.

Wide receiver Collins, meanwhile, received a $14,069 fine for unsportsmanlike conduct, having celebrated a first down with a finger guns gesture in the second quarter. Like Al-Shaair, Collins' actions did not draw a flag during the game.

Mixon, by contrast, was flagged for unnecessary roughness in the third quarter, but he has received the smallest fine of the trio.

The running back was docked $11,255, still a sizeable amount, but not an amount he will lose any sleep over if the Texans manage to pull off the upset and knock off the Chiefs to reach the AFC Championship Game.
