CJ Stroud was incredibly emotional as he watched his teammate get taken off the field on a stretcher during Saturday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Stroud located Tank Dell in the back of the end zone on a 30-yard strike, but fellow Texans receiver Jared Wayne knocked into Dell's knee. The receiver was able to hold on to the ball, making a miraculous catch. But it became clear that he was in immense pain, remaining down on the ground clutching his leg afterwards.
The trainers immediately began looking over Dell and he was eventually loaded on a stretcher and taken off. Even after the ambulance left the field, Stroud was being comforted by his head coach along with running back Joe Mixon.

It was no surprise, but immediately after he was taken off, the Texans announced that Dell was out for the game with a knee injury.
Football is a tough game and this type of injury is so hard for anyone to watch.
