The Houston Texans had one of the best coaching staffs in the league this last year. If they didn't, they wouldn't have gone from a three-win team last year to a 10-win team this year with a playoff win under their belt.

The Texans have a staff that teams want members of on their team. This offseason, we have heard all of the rumblings about Bobby Slowik, who teams wanted as their head coach but ended up being passed on.

The Texans quarterback coach Jerrod Johnson is another hot commodity that teams are interested in. Now, there is one more to add to that list.

According to Tom Pelissero, the Miami Dolphins plan to interview the Texans linebackers coach, Chris Kiffin, on Friday for their defensive coordinator job that is currently vacant.

The Texans have had great linebackers play this season from both Brian Cashman and Christian Harris, and Kiffin is a big reason why.
