The Houston Texans – Kansas City Chiefs matchup started out as a great game, one that had two teams near the top of the AFC battling against one another. Both teams with something to prove, too.

But, football is a dangerous game, and as both of these teams know, both dealing with injuries this season, it can hurt you. The world saw that in the third quarter.

As C.J. Stroud threw what was an amazing pass to Tank Dell which was caught for a touchdown, Dell was hit in the leg by teammate Jared Wayne, injuring his leg. We will update as soon as the details are released.

Out of respect for Dell, we won't show the video of the injury.

Dell immediately knew, as he pointed at his leg and called for help, still not letting the football go. His team rushed over, and it was clear his day and season would be done, just as it was last year with another brutal injury.

C.J. Stroud cried, as did a lot of the Texans players on the field, and Dell was taken off of the field in an ambulance. This is just a brutal reminder of how dangerous this game is.

Obviously, we all hope that Dell recovers, as this is one of the more brutal injuries you can go through. The Texans have already suffered injuries this year to their receivers, such as Stefon Diggs and John Metchie this week. This will set them back during the postseason.
