The NFL announced some news on Friday that is very significant to the Houston Texans' 2024 NFL Draft plans. As we all know, the draft is in April, and after the NFL Combine, teams are now putting together their big boards. However, now they know exactly where they will pick.
Sure, before we knew the basic picks, like the fact that the Texans picked No. 23 in the first round. But now we know the official draft order for the 2024 NFL Draft.
After not receiving any compensatory picks, the Texans are stuck with what they have. However, it's not a bad lineup of picks, especially with where they are picking in each round.

The Texans are almost ready for the 2024 NFL Draft. If there is one thing that stands out here, it's that the Texans will go two rounds without picking in rounds five and six. With three seven-round picks, I'd expect them to try and move up a bit, but with Nick Caserio as the general manager, who knows?
