The Houston Texans are becoming that team that people want to play for. They have already had interest drawn from several big free agents like running back Saquon Barkley, and now one other one, this time on the defensive side of the ball.
The Texans have holes to fill on both sides of the ball, and they have $70 million in cap space. Well, that was before they re-signed Fairbairn and Dalton Schultz. So, we can expect some of that money to be spent as the offseason goes on. Now, we can expect they will take another swing at a big free agent.

It would be great to ass a guy like Queen; however, they don't really need a linebacker. Sure, it's always good to bolster a unit, but they have other needs that money could go towards.
