A lot has happened this season for the Jacksonville Jaguars. This season has almost been like a roller coaster, where, even though they are 8-6, the season has been up and down all year long. They started badly, then won five straight. Then they lost badly to the San Francisco 49ers.

That's when the fans started realizing that an issue needed to be fixed. The Jaguars went on a five-game winning streak and have since lost four of their last six. This last loss to the Baltimore Ravens was brutal. It's the defense, the offense, the special teams; if you can name it, the Jaguars have probably had some type of issue with it this season.

After every loss, they [the coaches and players] get in front of a microphone for their press conference and media availability and just say the same things. We have to be better, or we have to execute. I get it, but it was time to start actually saying something meaningful. And, finally, someone did.

Josh Allen had his media availability on Monday, and man, he really let it out and kept it real about the situation the Jaguars have now found themselves in. His presser started pretty normal. Then, Allen was asked how frustrating it is to have the same mistakes happen every week. Allen then asked if the cameras would cut off.

The live video feed ended right there.

One reporter, Jamal St. Cyr from WJXT4, got the entire thing on video after the cameras went off. Allen kept it real with the reporters. It's really long, so bear with me, but the entire quote is important. Here is the video:

Everything Allen said is true. Every last bit of it. The fact that he called out everyone somewhat, including himself, says a lot because the whole team has to be better. It feels like both sides of the ball and special teams are never all three clicking in one game. One of them being off by themselves can lose a game for a team.

Hopefully, Allen will give this same speech to the rest of the team because they need to hear it.
