The Jacksonville Jaguars are in need of a new defensive coordinator after Mike Caldwell was let go during a bad season under Doug Pederson. The defense had some good moments, like the sacks from Josh Allen and Travon Walker or the interceptions by Antonio Johnson, but it also had some really bad moments.

They have the talent on the roster to be good on that side of the ball. However, the coaching sometimes held the team back. Now, they need to find a new defensive coordinator and, most of all, a new staff.

According to Turron Davenport of ESPN, Titans DC Shane Bowen is to interview with the Giants and Jaguars for their vacant DC positions.

According to Ben Arthur of Fox Sports NFL, the Titans defensive pass game coordinator/CB coach Chris Harris is also interviewing for the Jaguars job.

The Jaguars desperately need to fill the role, and those are two of the more up-and-coming guys in the league.
