Travis Hunter lays down the hammer on the best thing about the Jacksonville Jaguars and it's the last thing you'd expect

The Jacksonville Jaguars and their new regime wanted more than just great players when they targeted the guys they targeted in the 2025 NFL Draft. They also wanted great dudes and great overall humans who have a great personality.
All of them have that, and that's super important for a franchise that is rebuilding with a brand new regime. The culture you set and instill in your team in that first season in the new regime is super important. That's the culture that the team will carry on in that regime and replicate. And making sure the rookies fit that culture is important, too, because this is the first class for this regime.
When it comes to arguably the most important pick the Jaguars made, trading with the Cleveland Browns to get Travis Hunter, they made sure to nail that part. Hunter is not only a generational player, but a generational guy. His personality is what separates him, though.
And, the Jaguars are quickly finding that out.
"Probably the cafeteria," Hunter told reporters when asked about the best thing about the Jaguars so far. "Yeah, we have good eats in there. The cafeteria is actually really good. I got a sub, I get like a sub every day and like a cheeseburger. I get a lot of fruit. You get everything, there is something new every day."
The Jaguars are doing things the right way, whether it be drafting the right guys for the franchise, or making sure that their food and cafeteria standards are top notch. And, believe it or not, that kind of thing is important to players.
Hunter is already getting very acclimated to the Jaguars and his new NFL lifestyle, so much so that we have seen him become a leader at rookie minicamp, hyping others up. And now, at least we know that he's taking advantage of everything the Jaguars are giving him.

The Jaguars like what they see.
