The Jacksonville Jaguars (5-2) are coming off a very impressive stretch in which they've won four straight games over the course of 19 days and now, they head North in order to take on the always-tough Pittsburgh Steelers (4-2).

A Jaguars win would be massive considering the current state of the AFC South. The Jags currently hold a half-game lead over the Houston Texans, so an AFC win is sorely needed to keep them at bay. The Jags have already swept the third-place Indianapolis Colts (3-4) and the Tennessee Titans (2-4) are not in good shape, whatsoever. Therefore a Week 8 win would not only keep the Jags on the right track – it'll go a very long way in helping them reach the postseason.

Will you be able to watch the game on TV? If you live in the red areas on the map below you'll get this game on your local CBS channels, according to 506sports.com:

The Jags-Steelers matchup is considered to be CBS' prime matchup during its 1pm E.T. slate. Most of the country will be able to watch the game. Ian Eagle and Charles will lead the way in terms of the broadcast crew, with Evan Washburn reporting from the sidelines.

If you can't watch the game on TV, there are always streaming options such as Sunday Ticket on YouTube TV, DAZN, FuboTV, and many others.

Or, if you'd rather listen to the game on the radio, check out the Jaguars Radio Network for local stations.

One can never count the Steelers out, no matter what shape the roster is in. That is certainly the case this year, as Mike Tomlin and co. have notched clutch wins over the Cleveland Browns, Baltimore Ravens, and Los Angeles Rams. The Steelers defense is its typical, hard-nosed self and while the offense has certainly had its struggles, big-play capability exists thanks to the presence of George Pickens, Najee Harris, and the recently returned Diontae Johnson.

The Jaguars offense is really starting to come into its own, which makes this a very intriguing matchup. Trevor Lawrence and Travis Etienne look like perennial Pro Bowlers with each passing week, while Christian Kirk, Zay Jones, Calvin Ridley, and Evan Engram have more than proven themselves as capable playmakers.

The Jags defense is also starting to round into shape. Outside of a second half surge from the New Orleans Saints in Week 7, Mike Caldwell's unit has been playing fast and fierce; forcing seven interceptions, recording 8.0 sacks, and holding opponents to a 33.9% conversion rate on third down over the last four games. The latter number would be good for the NFL's fourth-lowest rate if it were extrapolated over the entire season.

This matchup represents the 28th matchup between the two teams. The Jags currently hold a 14-13 edge over the Steelers, but have lost the last two matchups, as well as four of the last six dating back to 2008.
