Bills’ Josh Allen finds incredible way to give back and millions will be able to see it live in selfless act on ‘Thursday Night Football’
It’s one of the best times of the year.
It’s one of the best times of the year, the annual My Cause My Cleats from the NFL. Players and coaches alike get to wear a special shoe to show support for various causes, either in the community or across the country.
With it, it’s no surprise that quarterback Josh Allen is doing it big for the annual celebration. He’s bringing awareness to those less fortunate, continuing his relationship with Oishei Children’s Hospital. Allen incorporated drawings from 11 patients, something Allen will carry with him on the field and in front of millions.
Throughout the season, during home games, Allen has worn a special hat designed by various other patients, then auctioning off the hats, where the proceeds benefit the Patricia Allen Fund. The reigning MVP fully understands how important community is, and is looking to give back in a big way.
While this is an away game for the Bills, Allen will just have to make do with his cleats as the fans wait in eager anticipation for his next hat at Highmark Stadium.
Let’s take a look at the other My Cause My Cleats participants for the Bills and where they are focusing their “cause” on. This information was made available by the Buffalo Bills on their official website and any website that didn’t have an official cause led back to an Instagram post or general awareness about the cause that was mentioned.
