The Buffalo Bills got a good one with quarterback Josh Allen.

It’s not just Allen, though. He’s married to a superstar of her own in actress Hailee Steinfeld. The world-renowned actress has been pregnant, and the two are expecting a child shortly. Well, the news broke on Steinfeld’s uber-successful blog “Beau Society” where she wrote about the wonderful news that she and Allen are officially parents.

“Special delivery… Our baby girl has arrived!! We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments,” Steinfeld wrote. “Thank you so much for the love and well wishes.”

Social media was immediately flooded with support for the happy couple, with Bills Mafia more than a little excited to see Allen become a girl dad.

Josh Allen has always said the best thing he’ll ever do is be a dad

Allen has been vocal about his excitement to be a father. For the 2024 MVP who has more accolades than I can count on both hands, the one thing that he said will be the most important thing he does is be a father.

“I love being a football player and quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, but this is the most important thing I’ll ever be in my life, is being a dad,” Allen said.

As someone who is personally going to be a father for the first time this year, I can’t even imagine what’s going on in the minds and hearts of the happy couple. My heart swells for both of them, and I cannot wait to hear more from Steinfeld in her “Beau Society” blogs of the journey ahead for the happy new family.

If there was ever any doubt where Allen’s priorities truly lie, this just put it to rest.

Super Bowl dreams, MVP awards, highlight-reel plays, they’ll always matter in Buffalo. But this? This is bigger than all of it. This is life.

For the Bills, they still have their franchise quarterback chasing a Lombardi Trophy. For Allen, though, he’s already stepped into the most important role he’ll ever have, and one he’s made clear means more than anything he’ll ever do on the football field.
