The Kansas City Chiefs (1-1) will face the Chicago Bears (0-2) in Week 3 of the 2023 NFL season. It's the first time these two teams have met since the 2019 NFL season.
It has been a rough week for Chicago with tons of distractions caused by their star quarterback and their former defensive coordinator. They also got some bad news regarding their starting left tackle, who now heads to injured reserve.

The Chiefs-Bears game (red) is competing with just one other game on FOX during the afternoon slate. That's the Cowboys-Cardinals game (blue) which is expected to be a trouncing. As you can see, the majority of the United States will see Kansas City and Chicago square off. Really, only the southern portion of the United States, plus parts of Pennsylvania and Maine, will get stuck watching Dallas and Arizona.
This is the first of seven different afternoon games for the Chiefs this season. Expect that they'll be just as well-represented on all the future broadcast maps during this particular time slot.
