For the first time in six years, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was not selected to the 2025 Pro Bowl.

Instead, the three AFC quarterbacks picked were Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills, Joe Burrow of the Cincinnati Bengals, and Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens.

While Chiefs Kingdom is probably considering this a major snub, it could actually be the best thing for Kansas City as they aim to do what no other team in the NFL has ever done: three-peat.

And that's based on this photo that one fan shared on X, formerly known as Twitter.

There have been three quarterbacks who have missed the Pro Bowl after winning 14 or more games.

The first was New York Giants' Phil Simms, who won the Super Bowl in 1986 after missing the Pro Bowl that same year. The next is New England Patriots legend Tom Brady who won in 2003 after missing the Pro Bowl that same year.

And now, it's Mahomes.

The other two quarterbacks clearly used this as motivation, going on to prove everyone wrong and win the NFL's ultimate prize.

And if there is one thing we know about Mahomes, it's that he knows how to win. So, this is now his turn to take this snub and use it as motivation.
