"It was the end of an era, but the start of an age."

Taylor Swift's Eras Tour has taken over the world for nearly two years, with 149 shows across five continents. And on Sunday night, the singer performed her final show of the tour in Vancouver.

But, she couldn't leave the stage without giving one final shoutout to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

While singing her song "Karma" from her album, Midnights, Swift used one of her most popular lyric changes.

Instead of singing "Karma is the guy on the screen," she sang, "Karma is the guy on the Chiefs."

It was the perfect way to end the show.

On the same night, Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs narrowly defeated the Los Angeles Chargers at Arrowhead Stadium, so he wasn't able to travel and be there with the singer.

But, she made sure to let him know that she was thinking about him in the sweetest way.

The lyric change first happened in November, when the Chiefs tight end flew to Buenos Aires, Argentina during the bye week to meet up with the singer on her tour. And knowing that Kelce was in the crowd, Swift threw in something special for him.

The Eras Tour will always be a very important moment in the couple's relationship.

They started dating after Kelce attended one of her shows at Arrowhead. The Chiefs tight end brought a friendship bracelet with his number on it and attempted to give it to the singer. However, he was unsuccessful. And he wasn't afraid to talk about it on his New Heights podcast.

“I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after the shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings,” Kelce said then. “So, I was a little butthurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.”

But clearly the two were able to link up at some point and rumors started swirling that they were hanging out together. And all of it was confirmed at that Chiefs-Bears game.

Swift has now attended 18 Chiefs games, including getting to watch them win the Super Bowl last year. And Kelce has been to 14 Eras Tour shows.

The two always show up to support each other, and it's incredible to see.
