The Las Vegas Raiders made a telling move this week.

Quarterback Derek Carr has been benched. It's likely that Las Vegas will move on from Carr one way or another after the season. That begs a brand new question for the Raiders now.

Who will replace Carr?

Oddsmakers believe that Tom Brady could be on his way to Vegas after this season ends.

Jimmy Garoppolo and an assortment of rookies follow the legendary QB on the list of odds to be the Raiders' next starting quarterback.

For Brady, it would be quite the move.

There's a lot of unknown around the Raiders right now. It's unknown how Davante Adams will feel after this season ends, but he will probably still be with the Raiders next year.

Josh Jacobs may not be back in 2023. The Raiders could choose to keep him around, but it will be costly. He's had a phenomenal season for Las Vegas.

The defense is lacking talent in the secondary, and there's little depth upfront on both sides of the ball for the Raiders. They would need to improve their offensive line in order for Brady to succeed with them.

Regardless, he does share familiarity with HC Josh McDaniels.

Other rumored destinations for Brady have been Miami, San Francisco, and even New England. Rumors will certainly swirl after the season until we know his next team (if there is one) for sure.

It wouldn't be shocking to see Brady head to the Raiders for 2023, but it would be a sight to see for fans around the NFL.
