The Las Vegas Raiders are one of the most historic franchises of all time with some of the best history. Sure, all it is is history, now, as seeing how the franchise hasn't won anything in 20 years — no, really, they haven't won a playoff game in over 20 years, but they still have great history nonetheless.

The Raiders own three Lombardi Trophies, all in an era that saw them completely dominate. When you factor in the total playoff appearances from the 60s-80s, and the total AFC Championship games, Super Bowl wins, and many other great accomplishments, they are considered to be a mini-dynasty of that era. And, it helps that they have had some of the best players in the history of the NFL.

They have had great defensive players, great offensive players, iconic coaches, three to be exact, and the most iconic owner of all time unless you'd put Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones above him. All of that makes a great recipe for a great franchise with great history, and it's still to this day a huge reason why players want to play for the Silver and Black at some point in their careers.

And, once again, it all comes back to the players. Those players created huge rivalries, too. The AFC West, with teams like the Raiders, Kansas City Chiefs, Denver Broncos, and Los Angeles Chargers, is one of the greatest divisions ever, with some of the best rivalries. Guys like Charles Woodson were made to hate those teams.

Well, at least we thought he was.

Former Raiders CB Charles Woodson roots for the Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs are currently on their way to another Super Bowl. They have been labeled a dynasty, probably after their Super Bowl win over the San Francisco 49ers last year, and are trying to be the first team to ever three-peat.

Raiders fans don't really care about all of that. There is no team in the history of the league that the Raiders fan base hates more than the Chiefs. There is probably no team that the franchise itself hates more than the Chiefs.

Charles Woodson is rooting for the Chiefs. He tweeted out "A chance at 3 straight," with a hand-clapping emoji. In other words, he is rooting for the Chiefs to win, or something like that.

And, this rubbed Raiders fans the wrong way. They look at it as if he is turning on the franchise.
