Former Raiders' EDGE Khalil Mack has near-record-breaking day

One of the Las Vegas Raiders' biggest mistakes ever, in my opinion, is trading away Khalil Mack, one of the best pass rushers they have ever had, to the Chicago Bears. That was back when Jon Gruden and company were in charge.
In 2018, Mack wanted a bigger contract. The Raiders didn't have the cap space then for what he wanted, so the rumors say. They traded him to the Bears for a 2019 first-round pick (No. 24 overall, became RB Josh Jacobs), 2020 first-round pick (No. 19 overall, became CB Damon Arnette), 2019 third-round pick (No. 81, became WR Bryan Edwards), 2019 sixth-round pick (traded to Jets).
The trade did not work in their favor in the grand scheme of things. The only pick that panned out was Josh Jacobs, and they could be without him next season.
On Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers, their worst decision in recent years came back to haunt them. Khalil Mack went crazy.
Mack was just one sack from tying the record for the most sacks in a single game, a record held by the late-great Derrick Thomas of the Kansas City Chiefs.
He did, though, tie a record with Thomas. According to ESPN Stats, Khalil Mack joined Thomas as the only player with multiple games of at least five sacks since the stat became official in 1982. Mack's other game with five sacks came back in Week 14, 2015, against the Broncos as a member of the Raiders.
Mack also had ten total tackles, the most in the game, and one pass deflection. He was very good, to say the least.
Meanwhile, the Raiders can't generate a pass rush outside of Maxx Crosby. Could you imagine Mack and this version of Crosby on this defense?
