The Los Angeles Chargers, much like the Las Vegas Raiders, had to make a complete change.
There is a new regime in for both franchises, but this time, instead of the Raiders taking a former Chargers worker, the Chargers are taking a former Raiders worker.
According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Chargers are expected to hire former Raiders linebacker NaVorro Bowman, who had a short stint in Oakland.
If he's being hired as the linebackers coach, or something similar to the position, this is an amazing hire. He and his old running mate, Patrick Willis, who was just voted into the Hall of Fame, used to be the deadliest linebacking duo in the league.
The Chargers are definitely getting a good one.
