The Las Vegas Raiders are coming off of a disappointing 2022 season that saw them finish 6-11 when the expectations were much, much higher, considering the team made the postseason the year prior.

However, the Raiders are 5-0 in preseason games under second-year Raiders' head coach Josh McDaniels. On Saturday against the Los Angeles Rams, he could extend that to 6-0.

Here is everything you need to know about the game, including how to watch it:

Will the Raiders play the starters?

We aren't 100% sure if the starters will play or even who will play the starters. However, I'd assume some of them will indeed play. Davante Adams will be one of the starters that likely doesn't play because of a recent injury. However, Jimmy Garoppolo may get a few snaps in before Aidan O'Connell takes over.

Just how much will Aidan O'Connell play?

O'Connell was stellar last week, as he played about as perfect a game as a rookie can play for his first game. However, do the Raiders now want to see more from Hoyer and Garbers? Or do they want to continue to see O'Connell rip it?

3 Players to watch

  • Aidan O'Connell, QB – This may be an obvious one, but O'Connell's more than impressive performance left everyone wanting more. One game isn't enough to decide if he can be the real deal; however, if he does the same thing or at least similar things, it may be time to start talking about him as the second-string quarterback.
  • Tre Tucker, WR – Tucker was a player to watch last week, but after an impressive performance, you want to see if he can do it again. Tucker mentioned he would work on the issue of dropping the ball, so let's see if he does.
  • Dalton Wagner, OL – Honestly, Wagner may make the roster because of the fact he was the highest-paid undrafted free agent rookie of any player this season, with the most guaranteed money. But he also played very well last week, with one of the best PFF grades of any rookie. Let's see if he can keep that up.
