The Jacksonville Jaguars got some bad news before kickoff vs. the Carolina Panthers. They need this game if they want to secure the AFC South. So, it's safe to say this team, who is on a four-game losing streak, needs all hands on deck.
Unfortunately, they will not be getting all hands on deck from their franchise quarterback and one of their best receivers. They will have to use their backup quarterback on Sunday, as those two are ruled inactive.
